Job Description –

  • Deal directly with customers either by telephone or electronically using organization products.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintain an accurate record of discussions or correspondence with customers.
  • Follow-up on customer interactions.
  • Maintain customer databases.
  • Direct unresolved issues to designated resources.

Education – Any Graduate – Any Specialization

Job Description –

  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications.
  • Flexible attitude and ability to work under pressure there may be a requirement to work beyond normal working hours on certain occasions.
  • Effective problem analysis and solving skills.
  • Good interpersonal and relationship building skills.
  • Work experience in E-commerce is not mandatory but preferable.
